How to replace a lost or stolen TIE card in Mallorca
To replace a lost or stolen TIE (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero) card in Mallorca, Spain, follow these steps:
1. File a Police Report (Denuncia):
- Go to the nearest police station
- Report your lost/stolen TIE
- Get a copy of the police report
2. Gather Required Documents:
- Police report
- Passport
- Photocopy of passport
- Completed EX-17 ( ( click here to download ) form
- Recent passport-size photos
- Proof of payment of the fee (Modelo 790 código 012)
- Proof of address in Mallorca
- Original documentation that supported your initial TIE application
3. Make an Appointment (Cita Previa):
- Visit the government website (https://sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es)
- Select "Trámites Extranjería"
- Choose "Mallorca"
- Select "Expedición de Tarjeta"
4. Visit the Immigration Office:
