To renew your non-lucrative visa (visado no lucrativo) in Mallorca, follow these steps:

1. Begin the process 60 days before your current visa expires
- Appointments in mallorca are made around 2 months in advance of your requirements. So if your Visa runs out at the beginning of June then you need an appointment any time from the beginning of April to June. 2. Make an appointment (cita previa) ( We can help with that ) at:
- The Immigration Office (Oficina de ExtranjerÃa) in Palma
- Or through the government website: https://sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es 3. The appointment type you will need is SOLICITUD AUTORIZACIONES
- MALLORCA 4. Required documents:
- Form EX-01 ( ( click here to download ) completed and signed
- Valid passport and copies
- Current residence card (TIE)
- Proof of financial means (similar to initial application)
- Private health insurance valid in Spain
- Proof of residence (padrón)
- Criminal record certificate (if applicable)
- Passport photos
- Proof of payment of renewal fees 5. Submit all documents at your appointment 6. Wait for resolution (typically 3 months or less) 7. Once approved, apply for a new TIE card - See our guide here for how to do that

There is a cafe near to the police station in palma which has photocopy machine ( go through to the back and turn right ) and a passport photo machine.
